LEMON HONEY CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 each of chicken thighs & drumsticks

Brush chicken with butter, then coat with flour. Season with salt and pepper. Face down on lightly oiled, foil-lined pan. Bake in hot oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, turn chicken and pour mixture over chicken. Bake, basting frequently (watch carefully so chicken doesn't burn), 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
