LEMON--HONEY CHICKEN 
4 each chicken thighs & drumsticks
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Brush chicken with butter then coat with flour seasoned with salt & pepper. Put skin side down on lightly oiled foil lined pan and bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for 30 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, turn chicken and pour mixture over top. Bake, basting frequently, 30 to 40 minutes longer or until well browned. Makes 4 servings.
