ZUCCHINI LOAF 
1 can drained pineapple
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs. Add zucchini, pineapple, raisins, nuts and mix with flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Put in 2 bread loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour then at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour.
