BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, chop, rinse, and drain
1 head cauliflower
1 1/2 c. chopped Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped red onion

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Pour dressing over vegetables and marinate six hours in refrigerator, stirring every 2 hours. May marinate overnight.
