OLD FASHIONED FARM FRY 
4 slices bacon
4 boiled potatoes, cubed
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs

Chop bacon fine and fry until crisp. Drain off all but a couple of tablespoons of fat. Add potatoes, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook gently until potatoes are ivory color. Then sprinkle cheese over all and break eggs into skillet. Stir constantly over low heat until eggs are set.
