BROCCOLI-MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli florets
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
3 green onions

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. onion powder

Chop broccoli, mushrooms and onions. Refrigerate 1 hour. Prepare dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour. Mix dressing and vegetables. Marinate at least 1 hour. NOTE: Can be marinated overnight.
