HERSHEY FUDGE ICING

This icing tastes just like fudge and will continue to set up after you spread onto cake. I use yellow, butter cake.

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2/3 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/3 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar

Melt butter in heavy saucepan over medium, low heat. Stir in cocoa and milk. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well, then beat with mixer until thickened.
