HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 1 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 or 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
8 oz./16 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup minced onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter, melted

Use 1 can soup and 16 oz. sour cream or 2 cans soup and 8 oz. sour cream or 2 cans soup and 16 oz. sour cream, depending on how much you want to make.

Mix all ingredients together and put into a glass 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until bubbly in center.
