HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken Soup
1 8 oz. Sour Cream
1 c. grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c. chopped Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika (sprinkle on top)

Put out potatoes to thaw some and then mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased casserole dish. Top with Paprika and more grated cheese, then more paprika.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
