RUSSIAN TEA 
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
10 c. water
Juice of 6 oranges or 1 tall can of orange juice
1 tall can pineapple juice
2 lemons, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. tea
8 c. water

Combine cloves, nutmeg and sugar with 10 cups water. Bring to boil for 3 minutes. Combine tea with 8 cups water. Let come to rolling boil but do not boil. Strain and let stand for 7 minutes. Combine both liquid mixtures and add orange juice, pineapple juice and sliced lemons. (Do not store with lemon slices.) Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and sugar to taste. Stir well. May be served over ice or hot. Makes approximately 2 gallons.
