CREAMY NOODLES 'N BEEF 
1 tsp. oil
1 lb. boneless chuck steak, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 c. mushrooms
1 pkg. Lipton noodles and sauce
Sour cream and chives

In medium skillet, heat oil and brown beef; drain. Add water and simmer, covered, 25 minutes or until beef is tender. Bring to the boiling point; add remaining ingredients, continue cooking but do not boil, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until noodles are tender.
