CINNAMON RAISIN JUMBLES 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. flaked coconut

In large mixing bowl, cream butter with sugar and vanilla. Add egg. Beat until light. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Stir until soft dough forms. Blend in nuts, raisins and coconut. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough on lightly greased, shiny cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
