BUTTERY CINNAMON SKILLET APPLES 
1/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
4 med. apples

Peel and slice apples. Melt butter, stir in sugar and cornstarch, mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, cook over medium heat until apples are tender, about 12 to 15 minutes.
