BUTTERY CINNAMON SKILLET APPLES 
3-4 apples
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. water

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Add 1 1/2 cups water. Cut apples in half and core, but do not peel. Cover and cook until tender.
