CARAMEL BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 bag caramels
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Crumble flour, oatmeal, soda, salt, brown sugar and melted butter together. Press 1/2 into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips. Smear when melted.

Melt caramels and evaporated milk together. Pour over chocolate layer. Sprinkle 1 cup nuts over caramel. Top with remainder of crumble mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
