MUSHROOM ONION GRAVY 
This makes a fabulous gravy for beef dishes or a base for soups, stews and casseroles.

1 pkg. dry onion soup
2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced

1. Combine onion soup mix and water.

2. Whisk in cornstarch

3. Add mushrooms

4. Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serve.

Yield: 2 cups = 4 servings, 1 gram fat.
