SHRIMP PUFF 
1/2 c. water
Salt
4 slices bread, crusts removed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. shrimp, shelled
Cracker crumbs
Butter

Place all ingredients except cracker crumbs and butter in a 1 quart casserole. Stir until bread comes apart and mixture is well blended. Sprinkle with crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
