CARAMEL CORN 
6 quarts unsalted popped corn
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. firm brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vanilla

Melt butter. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a thread. Then add soda and vanilla. Pour over popped corn and stir. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
