CARAMEL CORN OR POPCORN BALLS 
Caramel syrup
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. light molasses

Cook sugar, syrup and hot water to 260 degrees. Lower heat to medium and add butter, salt and molasses. Cook until golden brown to about 290 degrees. Stir occasionally across the bottom of the pan after molasses and butter have been added, pour quickly over 6 cups of popcorn and mix with two forks. Make into balls or spread on cookie sheet. When it is hard break apart.

Remember to grease your bowl well. If making popcorn balls wrap in wax paper.
