BEEF JERKY 
1 beef flank steak, well trimmed
1/2 c. soy sauce
Garlic salt
Lemon pepper

Cut meat with the grain into strips. Toss with soy sauce. Lay strips on rack on top of foil or cookie sheets. Season both sides of meat with seasonings. Bake in slow oven, 150 degrees, overnight, 8 to 9 hours.
