CHICKEN IN SOUR CREAM 
10 pieces chicken (breasts and thighs), skinned and boned
2 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
Dash of Tabasco
Fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Place chicken in shallow dish or large Ziplock bag. Mix sour cream and next 5 ingredients. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight. Remove chicken from sour cream and roll in bread crumbs. Place in a greased shallow dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees 1/2 hour, covered. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer, until nicely browned.
