CHICKEN IN SOUR CREAM 
12 chicken thighs
12 slices bacon, cooked
1 1/2 pkg. Buddig beef
3/4 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Salt

Fry bacon and saute mushrooms. Wrap each piece of chicken with 1 slice bacon. Place side by side in 9 x 13 inch baking dish that is lined with beef slices. Salt. Mix mushroom soup, sour cream and mushrooms. pour over chicken. Cover dish with foil and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 300 degrees. This can be assembled early in the day and refrigerated until time to cook. Serves 6 generously. Serve with wild rice.
