CHOCO - MINT MERINGUE 
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
Few drops green food coloring
6 oz. pkg. mint chips

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry, gradually beat in sugar and salt until meringue stands in a peak. Fold in coloring and chips. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Turn oven off and place cookies in. Leave in at least 6 hours or overnight. Do not open oven.
