CHOCO-CHERRY DROPS | |
1 (17.5 oz.) pkg. Duncan Hines chocolate chip cookie mix 1 egg 2 tsp. water 1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries, well drained 1/4 c. flaked coconut 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cookie mix, eggs, and water in large bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended. Stir in cherries and coconut. Shape dough into 36 balls. Roll in nuts. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 11 or 12 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute and remove to cooling rack. |
