BARBECUE PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
2 tbsp. fat
Salt & pepper

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. catsup

Roll pork chops in flour. Salt and pepper and pan fry until brown.

SAUCE: Cook onion in butter 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add pork chops. Simmer 30 minutes or longer.
