LOWFAT LASAGNA | |
Pam olive oil spray Lasagna noodles Ragu tomato-herb sauce 2 quartered zucchini Spinach, fresh and torn into sm. pieces 1-1 1/2 c. low fat Cheddar cheese 3/4 c. lowfat Mozzarella 1/2 pt. cottage cheese Onion, chopped (Nonfat cheese may be used). Spray dish with Pam olive oil spray. Layer dish with uncooked noodles. Top with half of Ragu sauce, cottage cheese, zucchini, onion, and fresh spinach. Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Put second layer of noodles and repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle on Mozzarella and bake until melted. |
