CHICKEN PIE 
Pie Crust
1 chicken
2 tbsp. celery flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 tbsp. flour
Chicken broth

Make pie crust according to directions or use 2 crust premade pie crust. Cover cleaned chicken or chicken pieces with water. Add celery flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Boil until tender. Cool. Debone chicken, cut in small pieces, and put into the pie crust. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over chicken. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cups chicken broth over chicken. Add second crust to top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Strain rest of chicken broth to remove bones. Add flour to make gravy. Serve warm with gravy.
