OVEN BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef or 1" cubes
1 1/2 lb. London broil
1 can cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
1 c. dry red wine
1 jar boiled onions, drained
1/2 doz. lg. mushrooms, cut up

Combine stew beef, soup and wine in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add boiled onions and mushroom and cook 30 minutes more. Serve over egg noodles with salad on the side with a bottle of red wine if you desire.
