HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can condensed mushroom soup*
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
black pepper to taste

Brown beef and onion; drain. Add mushrooms and soup. Heat through. Add pepper and sour cream. Heat. Serve over cooked rice.

*Cream of celery or chicken can be used also.
