HAMBURG STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour (if needed)
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Saute onion and garlic in butter; brown beef. Combine all, except sour cream and parsley. Add these just before serving. Serve over hot, buttered wide noodles. This is supposed to serve 4 but I usually double it as people always ask for seconds.
