GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Cooked noodles

Brown meat and onion; drain. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, uncovered.

Add soup and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and cooked noodles.

If desired, serve noodles separately and let each person spoon on the stroganoff.

Makes 4 servings.
