GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground Beef
1/2 c. chopped Onion
2 tbsp. Flour
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 (8 oz.) can Mushrooms, undrained
1 (10-1/2 oz.) can Cream of Chicken Soups, undiluted
1 c. Sour Cream
cooked Noodles
2 tbsp. chopped Parsley

Brown Beef and Onion; pour off grease. Add Flour, Salt, Pepper and Mushrooms; cook 5 minutes over medium heat uncovered. Add Soup and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in Sour Cream and Noodles. Sprinkle with Parsley.

Makes 4 servings.
