PASTA SALAD 
16 oz. pasta, rigatoni or macaroni twists
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3-4 med. carrots, grated
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook, drain and cool pasta. Mix vegetables with pasta. Whisk together water, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix with vegetables and pasta. Set overnight so pasta will absorb dressing.
