PEAS AND PEANUTS SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1 c. Spanish peanuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cheese may be added but omit celery

Cook peas according to package directions until just tender. Drain; chill 2 hours. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well. Serves 8.
