PEAS & PEANUTS SALAD 
2 c. sour cream
2 pkgs. frozen peas
1 can Spanish peanuts
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Spread peas on a terry towel and allow to defrost and dry. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours. Serves 12.
