BEER SEAFOOD CREOLE 
1/2 lb. raw shrimp
1/2 lb. lobster
1 can crabmeat, drained
4 oz. tomato paste
1/4 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1/2 c. diced celery
1 beef bouillon cube
2 c. rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in butter. Add beer, rice, shrimp, lobster and remaining ingredients except crabmeat. Bring to a boil, stir and cover. Cook over low heat until rice is cooked, adding more beer if necessary. Add crabmeat, stir and heat. Serve piping hot! (Use any brand of beer.)
