MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, stir in cocoa. Add eggs, sugar, flour and salt to melted mixture, mix well, stir in nuts. Pour into greased 11x14 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

When done, spread with marshmallow creme. Return to oven to melt, if necessary. When cool, frost with the following:

Melt butter and cocoa. Add milk and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
