MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
4 eggs
2 sticks butter, soft
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt

Mix all together until well blended. Bake in a well greased and floured 9"x11" pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. As soon as you take pan from oven, cover top with miniature marshmallows. Put back in oven until marshmallows soften. Have icing ready and drizzle over marshmallows.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
