BROCCOLI CHOWDER SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp. ground round pepper (optional)

In a 2 quart saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to boiling. Add broccoli and onion. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until tender. Do NOT drain. Stir in soup, milk, cheese and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
