BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. bag frozen broccoli cuts (boil broccoli before mixing in casserole)
1/2 c. sharp cheese
1 bag stuffing croutons

1. Mix all ingredients together in oven proof bowl.

2. Spread 1/2 cup sharp cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees.

3. Brown "stuffing croutons" on top at least 10 minutes before serving.
