AUNT BECKY'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
3 oz. American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. seasoned croutons

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain. Heat soup and add cheese until melted. Combine broccoli and soup and cheese in buttered casserole. Stir in croutons. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6 people.
