BEST BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 box cheddar cheese croutons
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
Bread crumbs

Cook broccoli half the time directed on package, so broccoli is still crisp. In a saucepan, melt butter, add soups and milk. Stir to blend thoroughly. Add croutons and broccoli, stir to blend. Pour mixture into a casserole and sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
