BEST BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 c. cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder (or mustard)
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. croutons
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli and arrange in greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 casserole dish. Place chicken pieces on top. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder (or mustard). Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over all. Combine croutons with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4-6 people.
