CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH CREAM
FILLING
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil

Put 1/2 of batter in greased and floured pan. Then mix:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans

Then spread over batter and put the other 1/2 chocolate mixture on cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Put chocolate icing on top of cake.
