2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk (5 oz.)
14-15 lg. marshmallows
1 stick butter
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Mix all except chocolate morsels and boil 5 minutes. Add the morsels and beat until spreading consistency. Let cake layers cool; then spread.
