PARSLEY CARROTS 
2 1/2 c. cooked carrots
1 tbsp. parsley
1 sm. onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. brown or confectioners' sugar

Grease small casserole. Put in all ingredients except carrots. Add hot carrots and mix until butter is melted. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
