PARSLEY DINNER CARROTS 
8 med. carrots
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 tsp. parsley

Pare carrots. Halve lengthwise. Pace in 10 x 6 inch pan. Add water, butter, salt, sugar and pepper. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
