CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. sour cream
1/2 soup can milk

Mix all together and put in greased 3 quart casserole. Top with: 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour.
