CHICKEN POT PIE 
3 chicken breasts, parboiled
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth (either canned or use broth from parboiling chicken breasts)
1 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick (may use flour)
1 stick of butter, melted

Parboil chicken breasts and remove bones. Dice chicken and put in casserole dish. Add soup and broth. Combine milk, Bisquick and butter and pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned.
