BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 c. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. "Stove Top" dressing mix
1 c. warm tap water
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain and set aside. Saute celery and onion in butter; add to dressing that has been mixed with water.

Make sauce with flour, butter and milk; when well blended, add cheese in chunks until sauce is smooth. Layer in greased casserole, broccoli, dressing and cheese sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
